COURSE OVERVIEW
Part I: Weekly Teleseminar Training Classes
- Eight (8) 1.5-hour teleseminars for 8 consecutive weeks, all taught by Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark.
- If you're enrolled in the live Group Class, live attendance is preferred at each teleseminar if at all possible. If not, all classes are recorded so you can listen at your convenience. For the self-paced program, you listen to pre-recorded classes at your convenience.
- Homework assignments are due weekly and are returned to you with detailed comments, corrections, suggestions, and more from Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark to help you build your skills step-by-step.
- A passing grade of A or B is required for all homework assignments. If you earn a grade of C or lower, you will need to redo and resubmit your homework.

Part II: Self-Paced, Independent Learning Modules
- Each participant must select 3 out of the 10 Independent Learning Programs (ILPs) to complete.
- Each of these options will be a customized workbook that includes "best" resume strategies, formats, styles, keywords, achievement statements, and more for that particular industry or profession.
- Participants will need to complete each workbook and all of the exercises, then write a resume and cover letter as their final assignment for each of the 3 ILPs they select.
- Students will have 30 days to complete and submit all 3 of their ILPs.
- All resumes with be critiqued by Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark and either (1) accepted as complete or (2) returned for editing and rewriting as may be necessary.
- A passing grade of A or B is required for all homework assignments. If you earn a grade of C or lower, you will need to redo and resubmit your homework.

Part III: MRW Portfolio & Examination
Upon successful completion of Parts I and II, students will be eligible to
sit for their Master Resume Writer credential, awarded by the Career Management
Alliance (formerly Career Masters Institute), involving completion of a
portfolio of work that will be reviewed by the credentialing body (Career
Management Alliance). If your submission is approved, you will be awarded the
MRW designation (mandatory renewal every two years).
