Flagship Resume Training Program

COURSE OVERVIEW

Part I: Weekly Teleseminar Training Classes

Eight (8) 1.5-hour teleseminars for 8 consecutive weeks, all taught by Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark.
If you're enrolled in the live Group Class, live attendance is preferred at each teleseminar if at all possible. If not, all classes are recorded so you can listen at your convenience. For the self-paced program, you listen to pre-recorded classes at your convenience.
Homework assignments are due weekly and are returned to you with detailed comments, corrections, suggestions, and more from Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark to help you build your skills step-by-step.
A passing grade of A or B is required for all homework assignments. If you earn a grade of C or lower, you will need to redo and resubmit your homework.

Class 6 -	Great Resume Styles
Class 7 -	Great Cover Letter Writing Strategies & Techniques
Class 8 -	Best Practices in Resume Writing

Part II: Independent Learning Modules

Each participant must select 3 out of the 10 Independent Learning Programs (ILPs) to complete. These are industry-specific resume and cover letter writing projects.
Students have 2 weeks to complete each of their ILPs.
All resumes will be carefully reviewed by both Wendy Enelow and Louise Kursmark and either (1) accepted as complete or (2) returned for editing and rewriting as may be necessary.
A passing grade of A or B is required for all homework assignments. If you earn a grade of C or lower, you will need to redo and resubmit your homework. Students have 3 attempts to successfully complete each assignment.

Option 2 -	General Business Careers Concentration (Administration, HR, Operations)
Option 3 -	Technology & Engineering Careers Concentration
Option 4 -	Graduating Student Careers Concentration
Option 5 -	Skilled Trades Careers Concentration
Option 6 -	Service Careers Concentration (Health Care, Social Services, Hospitality)
Option 7 -	Sales & Marketing Careers Concentration
Option 8 -	Education Careers Concentration
Option 9 -	Accounting, Finance & Banking Careers Concentration
Option 10 -	Manufacturing Careers Concentration

Upon successful completion of the course, the ACRW (Academy Certified Resume Writer) credential is awarded.

Performance Expectation

Each student will be given three attempts to successfully complete all homework assignments and ILPs with a passing grade of A or B. If, after three attempts, the student is not able to pass, he or she will be released from the Resume Writing Academy, not complete the program and not be awarded their ACRW certification. No refunds will be given.

By registering for the Resume Writing Academy, each student agrees to abide by the most stringent of ethical standards and practices throughout their enrollment in Resume Writing Academy and their subsequent resume writing career. If there is any evidence of impropriety, plagiarism, or a breach of ethical standards, the student will be released from Resume Writing Academy and no refunds will be given.
